No reply to complaint

The description of the product supplied was incorrect which meant it was not fit for purpose. For hygiene reasons it can’t be returned. They have not replied to my email complaint or published my 1 star review on their website. I won’t be buying from them again.

Highly recommendable Products but also…

Highly recommendable Products but also a very professional Customer Service Adviser - Richard - was extremly helpful to solve my problem which probably took him some time to solve. Thanks very much for all the help, will buy some more items for my wife's birthday but also will recommend your company to all our friends

First time order

Not often I write a review ,but the customer service I received from simply swim was fantastic. Daughter just moved to uni halls in Scotland and needed new bag. I was worried about send to university accommodation. Swim bag was delivered on time and quickly. Had a query and spoke to customer services who called me straight back . Fantastic service ! Will definitely order from here again

Happy customer

So pleased I found simply swim on line I was desperate for a new swimming costume as my health club didn't have any in my size. I ordered navy with lime green speedo endurance racer back & navy Velcro fastener swim cap, great fit love colour so I placed a second order for the pink version with the flashy pink turban swim cap. Excellent quality love coloured lining I swim twice a week so wanted decent quality than will wash/wear well so far very happy!

So impressed with Simply Swim.

So impressed with Simply Swim, the staff were so friendly and knowledgable. A well stocked swimming shop with all the brands Speedo, Arena, Zoggs and Funkita for swimwear, goggles and all the accessories. Our daughter has just got into competitive swimming, so it’s perfect to have this shop on our doorstep in Reading.

Finding swimwear to fit was easy from home

Clear website, helpful reviews and photos. Delivery was quicker than indicated. Pleased with my purchase. Failed in attempts to find swimwear that fitted on High Street shops. Encouraging me now to join Aquafit class and get fitter. Aim achieved. Thanks.

Despite the Royal Mail being weird with…

Despite the Royal Mail being weird with their track and trace and nothing happening on it except for one whole week despatched but nothing else from that first date! Richard at Simply Swim, immediately replied to my email and despatched another order which I received the next day. Very impressed with your service. Thank you so very much

Cool swimming hat

This swimming hat smacks of the glamorous 50's look. I purchased it as I am about to go on holiday and having just finished a corse of chemotherapy following breast cancer I have very little hair. I don't want to wear my wig in the pool/sea but want to keep my head covered and protected from the sun and this seemed like a ideal solution. It looks pretty cool and I am looking forward to wearing it.

great fitting swimming costume

Ordered swimming costume but too small so returned it. Now replaced with perfect fitted excellent quality swim suit. Recommend simplyswim as I searched and searched on high street for swim suit but nothing of same style and quality as one I finally bought from simpyswim! A little slow with delivery though.

Superb service

Superb service: I purchased a Zone 3 wetsuit from Simply Swim, via Amazon, in May 2019. In September I noticed some holes had appeared and the stitching/seal on the arms was coming apart. I contacted Simply Swim and after sending a few emails and photos they contacted Zone 3 and agreed that I could return the wetsuit (free postage) under warranty. Erin (customer sales) has been superb and has kept me informed all the time. I've been really impressed with the service I've received and hopefully, my new wetsuit will arrive today. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them again. Thanks.

A great company for a serious swimmer!

I've purchased several great swimsuits from Simply Swim in various colours. The choice is amazing and the costumes well priced. I've also bought swim-shoes/nose clip/pull bouy and goggles - at a very reasonable price and am using them constantly.

shambolic customer service

paid from my pocket to return goods the fastest possible way (used RM special delivery, next day). than, NO return confirmation from Simplyswim, no comm at all. After my email inquiry, was told it takes 5 business days after goods returne, to initiate refund process which which might take another 3 - 5 business days to receive refund back to original form of payment. so be prepared to get refund in 2 - 3 WEEKS. utterly rubbish seller. UPDATE, got refund minus £3 while I used my own delivery method that I paid £7.30. Utterly shambolic service.

We sincerely apologise for any frustrations caused in respect of our refund processes. We do not currently have a system in place, whereby as soon as a returning parcel arrives back at our store it can be scanned which would alert the customer that the parcel has arrived back safely. This is something we are looking into going forward for future assistance to our customer's. In the meantime, if a trackeable service or our included Royal Mail returns label is used, this will allow the customer to track that the parcel has arrived back successfully.
As we state clearly on our web site, we do aim to process returns the day they arrive with us, however please allow up to 14 days for your refund to process during peak periods.
Once the return has been processed and the refund is actioned, the customer will be notified by automatic email confirmation. The funds should then show back onto the customer's payment card within approx. 24/48 hours time from when the refund was actioned, depending on how quick their own bank/card issuer are in showing the refunded transaction.

Excellent items, okay prices, good all round service!

Was very pleased with the whole process, and my children are particularly pleased with both sets of goggles, both fit a treat, and based on their ages too. Hopefully, they will last for a couple of years at least, both sets being used daily for their school swimming lessons, and both doing really well!

Value for money product and a speedy delivery

Ordered resistance swim gloves. They were delivered earlier than expected so thats a plus. They were of a good quality - better than the ones we use in our local swimming baths. They were also cheaper than the same brand on other internet sites so good value all round.

Aqua sphere swim goggles

I have 6 year old triplets who were always complaining that there previous goggles let in water which stopped them concentrating in swimmimg lessons. These goggles are great, soft, comfortable and most important they fit well so don't let in water.
The service from simply swim was excellent and my orders arrived very quickly.

Great

I've recently decided to take up swimming again and was in need of new gear. There were several sites to choose from, but simplyswim provided a large range of products at competitive prices. The payment process was simple, I didn't even need to sign up, I just used paypal. Delivery took 3 working days and the products were in good condition. I will definitely be using this service again. Thanks!

I would give it 0 stars if I could haven’t received my order one week later after paying for next day have sent x4 emails have called endlessly. Keep getting through to the swim line and the shop who claim to be an online store never pick up . I still don’t have my order or the correct tracking or an acknowledgment for my order it’s a fraud company and

Problem Handling

I have bought from this company on a number of occasions and found everything excellent. On this occasion the item deteriorated very quickly and was not up to standard. Simply Swim were superb. My claim was responded to with courtesy, no haggle, and great speed. Within 24 hours they had re-imbursed me, (despite the item being 4 months old) and taken up the matter with the manufacturer. Brilliant service and of course I shall buy from them again.

Highly recommended

Pleasure to deal with. Have bought before with no issues but this time Ihave a problem with non delivery.
The advisor was very helpful and are sending a replacement immediately & will take it up with Royal Mail themselves.
Am very happy that issue is being resolved without further inconvenience to myself. This puts a lot of bigger companies to shame.
